The Nestlé Collect Loyalty Scheme is a three-tiered loyalty rewards programme and members are categorised as Bronze, Silver or Gold according to the number of products they collect.
The three tiers are categorised as follows:
Our system will automatically categorise you according to the number of different products you collect and these can be accumulated over time. This means that if this week you bring in 10 different products and next week you bring in another 28 new different products, the total number of different products accumulated will be 38 and this categorises you as a Silver member. As a Silver member you would be able to choose a gift from the Silver tier as well as a gift from the Bronze tier.
You can view our gift items below. Each gift is labelled according to its tier (Bronze, Silver and Gold). Our gifts are subject to change based on availability and popularity.
Please note that the Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machines are not available all year round and are subject to availability. If you do not find the coffee machines below, it means they are currently not in stock. Please check back on this website for availability. Unfortunately coffee machines are on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.

These type of rewards can be redeemed with Generic points. If you don’t have enough points these will taken from your NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto balance.
